Consumables and Spare Parts

There are only two main consumables for the APC-2 Particle counter, sample cups and “O” ring seals for the in-line filter.

  1. Sample cups can be purchased by the case from CINRG's e-commerce partner, Lubrigard:  https://www.lubrigard.com/oil-sampling/oil-analysis-equipment/1oz-Test-Cup-case-of-5000/3051//3051/.  The sample cups are available from Oakridge Products and the product code is MC79.  The cups are supplied in a case of 5000 cups or if you will be needing a lot of them a skid of 50 cases. See http://oakridgeproducts.com/medical-products/medicine-cups/1-oz-medicine-cup/
  2. 1 x [CS-VORIF-50] (pack of 50 seals) available from CINRG.  The seals are available from McMaster Carr and the product code is 6540K165. See - https://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/122/3541/=14smwgu

As far as spare parts are concerned there are a few strategic spares supplied with the system which include:-

  1. 1 x [CS-234-402] Spare valve for Gilson 402 syringe pump.
  2. 1 x [CS-S25] Spare 25ml syringe  for 215 (can be used on either the 215 liquid handler or the 402).
  3. 1 x [CS-MCB2] Spare dual drive PC board for 402 syringe pump.
  4. 1 x [CS-GPM-4150] Spare in-line filter. See http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0095p?FVPROFIL=&FVSEARCH=GPMQ4150.
  5. 1 x [CS-T1418-1] ¼” OD and 1/8” ID Viton Tubing. See - https://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/122/134/=14sn2q4.
  6. 1 x [CS-TCIF-20] pack of 20 Tubing clamps  See - https://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/122/308/=14sn2av.
  7. 1 x blue/ yellow peristaltic pump tube. See -  https://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/122/134/=14sn2q4

Items 1 to 3 are all available from Gilson and the CINRG part number is provided if you wish to purchase directly from CINRG. Items 4,5,6 and 7 could possibly be considered consumables but usage is very low. Item 4 is just an in-line filter for liquid fuel powered RC models and is essentially a 200µm filter. It is only needed if the screen in the instrument’s unit gets damaged (or lost). Items 5 and 6 are sourced from McMaster Carr while item 7 will probably be available through your ICP consumables supplier failing which, the tubes can be purchased from Cole Palmer.
